1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 990x platform and its users. By accessing the 990x website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The 990x website and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Player" — Any person who has registered on 990x or is using its services.
• "Account" — A user's personal gaming account on the platform.
• "Balance" — The total amount of deposited funds and bonus funds held in an account.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit or reward granted by 990x.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person is considered prohibited conduct and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

All information provided when creating an account — name, ID number, contact details, payment information — must be truthful, accurate, and complete. 990x reserves the right to close an account and forfeit its balance if false information is provided.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. 990x will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or phone.

• Do not share your account login credentials with any third party.
• Do not allow anyone else to play games or make transactions from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the 990x support team immediately.
• 990x is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

990x supports transactions via the mobile banking and banking methods commonly used in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Typical processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may remain pending until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

For suspicious transactions or unusually large withdrawals, 990x may request identity verification or additional documentation. Using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited and such activity will be reported to law enforcement authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

990x offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms. The general bonus terms are as follows:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: A deposit of ৳8,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total amount including the deposit.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered in total before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated on the promotions page.
• 990x reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious betting behaviour is detected while using it.

6 Gaming Rules

990x offers a variety of games including slots, live casino, sports betting, cricket betting, cockfighting, Dragon Tiger Lucky, and more.

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer process. 990x ensures fair play. In the event of any dispute over a game outcome, 990x's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Bets outside the applicable limits will not be accepted.

6.3 Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during a game, the outcome will be determined according to server-side logs. If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.

6.4 Provider Rules

Games from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming are governed by their own rules. Any technical error in such games will be handled in accordance with the relevant provider's policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 990x platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Using software, bots, or automated systems to operate games.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 990x

990x reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or payment details.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Participation in prohibited activities.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

Any user may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. The remaining balance may be withdrawn before account closure, provided all applicable policies are met.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, users may choose a self-exclusion or cooling-off period for a specified duration. During this period, access to the account and gameplay will be suspended.

13 Amendments to Terms & Miscellaneous

13.1 Right to Amend

990x reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms at any time. Notice will be provided on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 990x and the user. Any prior oral or written discussions or agreements are superseded by these terms.

13.3 Severability

If any part of these terms is declared void or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.

13.4 Language

These terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any inconsistency in translations into other languages, the Bengali version will prevail.
